DepEd released DM 082 s. 2019 also known as the 2019 Nutrition Month Celebration. Dated 08 July 2019, this year’s theme is Kumain ng wasto at maging aktibo… push natin ‘to!
Furthermore, the 2019 Nutrition Month Celebration aims to promote:
consumption of healthy food and drinks,
eating and choosing healthy choices regularly,
making healthy eating habit and lifestyle, and
being active and exercising daily.
Consequently, to support this developmental endeavour of the National Nutritional Council, DepEd enjoins all schools to participate in this celebration. However, schools must observe the Engaged Time-on-Task Policy of the department be observed.

In my experience with DepEd since 2011, I’ve seen a lot of reports, documents, memos and even communication letters wherein I found the basic elements of logo and signatory placing are incorrect. I didn’t pay much attention to it previously since I really have a lot of things to do, it was at the least of my concerns.
But as the digital age has strung our department already, pdf copies of these documents can be directly downloaded from different offices and their respective websites or facebook pages. And I found that the very same issue on logo and signatory placing are still there.

Overtime Services and Payment
To meet the target schedules of all personnel involved in the LIS and EBEIS in all public schools, district, division and regional offices, all are allowed to render overtime (OT) services with pay during weekdays, weekends, and holidays when necessary to meet the target schedules.
At the school level, these OT services can be converted to service credits as prescribed in DepEd Order No. 58, s. 2008, DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2009, and DepEd Order 30, s. 2016. The concerned offices (Finance, Budget and Accounting) should ensure that the overtime services rendered will duly compensated.
